2. Merchant Responsibilities
Store owners are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. SuperDelivery provides the technology platform but is not responsible for the quality of goods sold by merchants.
3. Customer Conduct
Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information and pay for orders placed through the platform. Misuse of the referral system or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
SuperDelivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by third-party merchants.
